ADVANCED FREEDIVER
The AIDA III course is designed to further develop the knowledge gained from previous levels, to acquire new skills, enhance safety procedures and refine your technique. Throughout the course, you will be introduced to techniques such as free-fall, advanced Frenzel equalization, and training tables. Moreover, you will learn about the risks associated with pressure and the effective strategies on how to minimize them.The course’s objective is intended to enable you to achieve a static breath-hold of 2 minutes and 45 seconds, to swim a distance 55 meters horizontally in the pool using fins and to dive to a minimum depth of 24 meters in open water.

MASTER FREEDIVER
The AIDA IV course is designed to show you the necessary techniques and safety procedures required for deep diving, extending beyond the world of recreational freediving. These advanced techniques include FRC diving, mouth-fill equalization, packing, reverse packing, and variable weight diving. In addition, you will learn full-body stretching, warm-up routines, and specific stretches targeting breathing muscles. The course will also cover training concepts and discuss the importance of diet in relation to freediving.

During a course at Freedive Puerto, you will be provided with top- quality gear, including a wetsuit (with optional hoodie), weights, long fins, a mask and a snorkel. To ensure a high-quality learning experience, the group size will be limited to a maximum of four people. Dynamic and Static sessions will take place in a 25m pool, while depth training will be conducted from a boat drift in the open ocean. In order to book your course, a deposit of 2,000 MXN is required.
